Residential Support Worker - The View

Working pattern: 37 hours a week, term time only plus non-pupil days. 

About the role:

This is a permanent contract, term time plus non-pupil days. There will be flexibility to work differing patterns according to the needs of the provision and this will include night awake shifts.

Location: The View, Southview College, Conrad Road, Witham, Essex CM8 2SD

Pay scale: Scale 5 (Point 9) £23,194 pa, pro rata (Actual Salary £19,884)

We are seeking to appoint a caring, highly motivated person to join a team of professionals working with children and students with a wide range of complex needs including physical, learning difficulties and medical needs.
